This Week's Menu

Garlic shrimp, black beans & plaintains
Taco soup
Curry turkey burgers (with feta & walnuts)
Carnitas tacos
Braised short ribs with polenta

What's on your menu?


  1. Tonight it was chicken paprikash, courtesy of our babysitter.

    No idea for the rest of the week. Probably tacos one night and burgers another night (we have some hamburger to use if you can't tell).

    Are you eating a lot of shrimp these days? I love it, but since the oil spill in the gulf, I've been eating less and less. Too many conflicting reports about oily shrimp and other wildlife (apparently the latest is that baby dolphins are washing up on shore at an alarming rate).

  2. We eat shrimp maybe once a month. And you know, I really have no clue where it comes from since we usually just buy a 3lb bag from Costco. I should pay better attention.
