{LIFE} "C" IS FOR COOKIE

Back in mid-November, we had Alan's mom and brother over to the casa for our annual cucciadati cooking fest. This was the first time we'd had that many people in our kitchen, but it actually worked out really well given the pass through to the living room. Alan set up the Christmas tree the night before (we have to have the tree on and Christmas carols playing while we cook these cookies, even if it was well before Thanksgiving), and we had to move it once we got going, but otherwise, everything went off without a hitch. We even got to take a break for lunch at the farmer's market across the street.
