After cleaning the stove yesterday we realized that a ton of gunk and gross had somehow made its way in between the glass panes that allow you to look inside the oven. Clearly there's a seal somewhere broken. And then upon further investigation of THAT issue, we saw (and don't ask me how we missed this for so long) that the front door is actually coming apart on the right side. Alan's on the phone right now with the warranty company to hopefully get someone out here to take a look in the next couple of days. Our warranty is up in November so I'm glad we are taking care of this now. The stove we got was actually the last one they had in the store (in 2006) because they had stopped making them and moved on to a different design. We had purchased the same model for our loft and loved it so much that when it came time to get one for here we went with the same model. If we need to get a new model I've no idea which one we'll go with as I didn't actually like the new version.
